Research on the Forming Process and Die Design of Multi-Step Stainless Steel Horn Seat
摘要
For the horn seat workpiece’s multi-step structure forming difficulties, this article designed the first deep drawing and then punching and flanging stamping molding program. Simulation of the deep drawing and punching flanging processes was performed, and by analyzing the forming limit and thickness cloud map the feasibility of the process was demonstrated. On this basis, composite molds for stretching and punching flanging were designed separately, both using stepped straight structure blades that integrate the upper straight through and lower stepped styles, which ensured the firmness of the blade edge and effectively preventing material accumulation. Trial production of the workpieces on a servo press, whose appearance and dimensions meet the requirements, proves the reliability of the process. This study can be used to guide the forming process and mold design of multi-stage stamped parts.
