Study on the Application of Ultrasonic Atomization Technology in Tobacco Conditioning
摘要
Tobacco leaf conditioning is a critical process in tobacco production, playing a vital role in enhancing the flavor, taste, and physical properties of tobacco. Although the traditional two-phase spraying method is widely used, it suffers from issues such as uneven spraying and nozzle clogging, leading to quality defects like yellow spots in finished cigarettes. To address these challenges, this study proposes the use of ultrasonic atomization technology to achieve uniform spraying of flavors and fragrances. The research explores ultrasonic atomization devices for the application of flavors and additives, aiming to overcome the inherent uniformity issues of traditional spraying methods during tobacco conditioning. By employing ultrasonic atomization, flavors and fragrances are evenly atomized, and consistency in the spraying process is ensured through a combination of simulation and experimental methods. This study provides theoretical support for the application of ultrasonic atomization technology in tobacco processing.
