Impact Analysis of Vertical Damper Degradation on Multi-Body Dynamics Performance of High-Speed Train Under Orbital Unsmooth Excitations
摘要
In view of the fact that many scholars only consider the multi-body dynamics model of the high-speed train under a certain health state, while ignoring the fact that the damping characteristics of the one-series vertical damper will deteriorate with time, this chapter studies the influence of the one-series vertical damper on the multi-body dynamics of the high-speed train under different degradation states. Firstly, by analyzing the working principle of a certain type of electric multiple unit (EMU), the topological model of single-segment EMU is established. Then, according to the topological model of single-segment EMU, the multi-body dynamics model is established. Finally, through the simulation of the damping of vertical damper with 20, 15, and 10 kN s/m, the quantitative changes of derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, and other indicators are inferred, which provide a reference for the optimization of its repair schedules.
