Research on Power Matching Based on Fracturing Vehicle Fuel Consumption
摘要
Taking the 2500 mechanical fracturing truck as an example, a mathematical model for power matching of the engine, gearbox, and fracturing pump on the fracturing truck platform was established. Using the construction flow rate and pressure of the fracturing truck as input variables, with the engine speed and gearbox gear as output variables, and setting engine fuel consumption as the optimization objective, an optimization model was created. The optimization results indicate a significant effect on reducing the fuel consumption of the fracturing truck. Under the same pressure, as the output flow rate increases, the fuel-saving rate fluctuates, with an average fuel-saving rate reaching 13.87%.
