摘要

The hydraulic characteristics of the internal flow field in centrifugal pumps significantly affect their operational stability and service life. Fluid excitation force is the main source of vibration for centrifugal pumps, and its characteristics directly affect the operational stability and service life of the pump. Research has shown that the intensity and distribution of fluid excitation force are influenced by various process parameters, among which impeller surface roughness and impeller eccentricity are key factors that play an important role in the fluid dynamics behavior and vibration characteristics of centrifugal pumps. This study investigates the impact of impeller surface roughness and impeller eccentricity on the internal flow field characteristics of centrifugal pumps. The results indicate that an increase in impeller surface roughness causes flow turbulence, leading to a reduction in pump efficiency and head. On the other hand, impeller eccentricity has a significant impact on the pump's fluid excitation force, particularly in terms of the amplitude at rotational frequencies. Based on these findings, this paper provides guidance for selecting impeller surface roughness and optimizing assembly design in centrifugal pump manufacturing.
