Analysis of the Influence of Multiple Factors on the Relative Melting Rate of 6016 Aluminum Alloy by Laser-Arc Composite Welding

摘要

The laser-MIG composite welding method was used to weld 6016 aluminum alloy parts of the body. The melting rate of aluminum alloy parts was studied. The influence of laser power, welding current, light wire distance on the relative melting rate, and the relationship between the joint penetration depth and melting rate under different conditions were studied. The experimental results show that the optical filament distance has the greatest influence on the relative melting rate. Without considering the influence of any parameter, the relationship between the joint melting depth and the relative melting rate is disordered. Under the same laser power conditions, obtaining a larger welding depth will mean that a larger relative melting rate can be obtained.
