Research on Maintenance Technology of Electric Locomotive Traction Device

During the maintenance process of electric locomotives, the threaded holes of the traction pin connection of the traction device may become detached or have loose threads, which seriously restrict the quality of vehicle maintenance. On the basis of adopting a steel wire thread repair scheme, mechanical analysis is conducted on the traction device to ensure that the selected steel wire thread has good mechanical properties, calculate the thread connection strength of the bolt group to ensure that the selected steel wire screw sleeve has sufficient connection strength, and conduct reliability analysis on the steel wire screw sleeve to ensure that the repair plan can meet the requirements of relevant technical indicators, through experimental verification, it has been proven that the implementation plan is controlled and has good practical value.
