摘要

As a multi-disciplinary integrated application engineering technology, well logging is an important technical and equipment support for the national deep earth strategy. As a key core component of logging equipment, coil skeleton faces the challenges of harsh working conditions such as long time narrow space, high temperature, high pressure, and special medium corrosion. This paper aims at the defects of traditional ceramic coil skeleton, such as low yield, limited complex structure, long process cycle, and high cost. Based on the additive process, through the coil skeleton hollow lattice structure design, kiln and structure integrated manufacturing, anti-deformation compensation, and other printing processes, solve the complex ceramic structure sintering cracking and shape control problems, making the ceramic coil skeleton yield increased from 30% to more than 90%. This revision explicitly clarifies the logical relationship between size, insulation, mechanical properties, and vibration, ensuring the intended meaning is clear to readers. This technology can be applied to the design, manufacture, and detection of similar complex ceramic components and greatly improves the yield of complex ceramic component manufacturing.
