Research on Module Design Scheme of Tire Retreading Equipment

With the continuous growth of China’s automobile industry, the use of tires is increasing. China is paying greater attention to environmental protection, making the tire retread manufacturing industry ushered in unprecedented opportunities. At present, China’s tire retreading industry is still in the development stage, and there are still problems of low integration and low efficiency of the refurbished equipment. In view of the above problems, this paper integrates the testing, grinding, sulfur coating, tread pasting, and other equipment required in the tire retreading process and designs it into an integrated machine, and introduces the selection and principle of each machine module in detail, aiming to reduce the errors in the process, improve the quality of the retreading tire, and realize the integration and intelligence of the tire retreading industry.
