Research on the Rapid Design Method of 3D Hydraulic Pipeline Driven by Schematic Diagram

With the continuous improvement of the function and performance requirements of electronic equipment, the hydraulic mechanism of vehicle-borne electronic equipment is becoming more and more complex, and the number of pipelines is increasing. The traditional hydraulic pipeline design method restricts the rapid development of the product. This paper presents a rapid design method of 3D hydraulic pipeline driven by schematic diagram. By taking the hydraulic pipeline design of a vehicle-borne platform as an example, through secondary development of Creo 2.0 software, the pipeline table is imported, and then the pipeline layout path is quickly generated to realize batch pipeline generation. The results show that this pipe design method greatly improves the efficiency of pipe design, significantly reduces the repetitive workload of designers, and speeds up the product development cycle.
