Research on Structure Design and Control of Deburring Sanding Machine for Plate Parts

With the advancement of Industry 4.0 and the “Made in China 2025” strategy, the demand for high-precision and high-efficiency processing equipment in the manufacturing industry is continuously increasing. The processes of deburring, surface sanding, and wire drawing for plate-like parts play a crucial role in ensuring product precision, appearance, and reliability. In response to these needs, this paper presents the design of an intelligent sanding machine that integrates multifunctional processing units, combining automated control and intelligent sensing technology to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of the processing. The machine includes a wide-belt sanding unit, a flap wheel unit, a wire drawing unit, and a plate thickness measurement device, which utilizes a laser displacement sensor to monitor plate thickness in real time, providing precise feedback for processing accuracy. Through static analysis and simulation verification, the feasibility and stability of each module were confirmed. This design not only improves the precision of deburring and surface treatment but also provides theoretical and technical references for the development of future intelligent manufacturing equipment.
