A Design for a Variable Speed Steering Gear

In order to solve the problem of fixed transmission ratio of traditional steering gear under specific working conditions, a design scheme of variable transmission ratio steering gear was proposed. This solution enables flexible adjustment of gear ratios under different operating conditions, thereby improving steering performance and efficiency. By detailing the principle, design process, and manufacturing requirements of variable ratio steering gears, it provides a useful reference for professionals in the manufacturing and engineering fields.
