Improve the Flavor Pipeline of the Flavoring Machine Based on Numerical Simulation

In order to solve the problem of filter material accumulation in the perfuming machine pipeline during the production batch change, avoid the problems of essence mixed brand, wrong brand, and large error between the actual precision and the theoretical precision of essence consumption. By combining theoretical analysis with simulation and visualizing the problem, the position of the filter discharge pipeline is changed from side discharge to bottom discharge, eliminating material accumulation space, optimizing the discharge path, and ensuring thorough cleaning of the filter through the flushing of clean water and the blowing effect of compressed air. The results of this research eliminated the hidden danger of mixing of flavors in production, reduced the loss of 75 mL of flavors per day, and improved the actual accuracy of flavoring, while the batch change time was reduced from 40 to 30 min, the efficiency of batch change was improved by 25%, and the structure of the system of flavor tanks was improved.
