Optimization of Autoclave Based on Experiments and CFD Simulations
摘要
In order to improve the uniformity of the flow field characteristics inside the autoclave, this paper proposes a fan optimization scheme for the internal autoclave flow field, aiming to address the issues of uneven temperature distribution and high stress on the surface of autoclaved bricks caused by the non-uniformity of saturated water vapor flow inside the autoclave. In this study, we utilized computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and experiments to comprehensively consider the fan optimization scheme, specifically quantifying the effects of fan speed and internal pressure of the autoclave. The autoclave equipped with the fan structure can enhance the uniformity of saturated water vapor inside and achieve a more uniform temperature field, significantly improving the surface stress of autoclaved bricks, with a maximum reduction of up to 37.30%.
