Research on Design Method of Quartz Lamp Heater in Thermal Strength Test of Aircraft Structure

In order to meet the requirements of refinement in structural thermal test simulation, the design of a quartz lamp array heater is studied. The quantitative design principles of quartz lamp heater design are summarized from four aspects: appropriate overload, reasonable layout, standardization, and safety. The functional relationship between the resistance, power, and time constant of the quartz lamp and the output voltage of the power regulator is studied, and the necessity of temperature segmentation is pointed out. The engineering application practice shows that the use of standardized design can reduce the workload and difficulty of heater design and production, reduce the workload and difficulty of heater assembly and post-inspection, effectively shorten the test cycle, and improve the reliability of the test.
