Design of Wall Thickness Measuring Device for Thin-Wall Rotary Parts
摘要
Aiming at the urgent need for accurate measurement of geometric thickness of missile radome, a wall thickness measurement device for thin-walled rotary parts is designed. Firstly, the measurement principle is analyzed, and the overall scheme design is given. Then the key components such as X-axis and Z-axis are mechanically analyzed and selected. Secondly, the main structure is designed, and its three-dimensional model is constructed. Finally, the key parts are checked and verified by finite element analysis. The results show that the designed wall thickness measurement device can meet the measurement requirements well.
