Design and Application of Fully Automatic Intelligent Recognition Truss Loading Machine
摘要
In response to the current low automation level of loading machines in the domestic market and the inability to adapt to various specifications of transport vehicles and bag sizes, this paper proposes a design scheme for a fully automatic intelligent recognition truss loading machine. This fully automatic intelligent recognition truss loading machine consists of a truss, truss vehicle and walking system, grabbing mechanism, lifting mechanism, rotating mechanism, scanning and positioning system, and control system. This paper also summarizes the application effects of this loading machine from the perspectives of loading efficiency, economic benefits, and stacking quality, taking the application situation of a certain heavy soda ash production enterprise in East China as an example. The purpose of this paper is to provide application experience and technical reference for the research on automated bag loading technology and equipment.
