Study on the Thermal Conductivity Model and Optimal Structural Design of Plain Fabric
摘要
The thermal conductivity of a single fiber is difficult to measure because of its large length-diameter ratio. The accurate measurement of the thermal conductivity of fiber is of great significance to the discovery of fabric structure and thermal properties and its application in aviation and industry. In this paper, based on Fourier heat conduction and diffusion models, the thermal conductivity of a single fiber is calculated by using hot disk thermal constant analyzer in the case of convection and no convection, respectively, and the optimal design of fabric structure and warp and weft density is provided. The research is expected to provide important theoretical and practical support for the innovation of thermal insulation materials in the high-tech field.
