As one of the important components of PMSM, the vector control system is often disturbed by external disturbances, which will cause sharp fluctuations in its speed and current. To solve the above problems, the current control on the basis of DPCC, which is devised and utilized to the current loop, will be improved the control system dynamic speed response. Secondly, the NTSMC is devised and utilized to the speed ring, it can be cut the overshoot of speed, and it also will improve the ability of anti-interference. Lastly, the MATLAB/SIMULINK built the improved control system; the TSMC can compare with it. The results: the improved control system can effectively reduce overshoot, enhance anti-interference ability, and improve response speed.
