For the water conservancy hub project, aiming to improve the effectiveness of generator unit condition monitoring and reduce service costs, based on the theoretical methods of signal monitoring, signal analysis, and fault diagnosis technology, taking the vertical Francis hydroelectric generating unit as the object, research on service-oriented condition monitoring technology has been carried out. An unattended condition monitoring system for hydroelectric generating units has been developed and applied in power stations. This system breaks through the traditional local monitoring function and strengthens the automatic analysis and diagnosis technology in terms of practicality and engineering. It provides guidance for the development of equipment management work, effectively reduces enterprise operating costs, and promotes the integration of industrialization and informatization of enterprises.
