The vacuum conveying system is taken as the research target, the vacuum pump and Coanda ejector are respectively used as the vacuum generation device, the theoretical models of the two vacuum systems are established, and the energy consumption comparison experiments under different working conditions are carried out. Finally, the energy consumption criteria selected for the two systems are deduced. The results show that the vacuum pump system is more energy-saving when the actual capacity G is greater than the conveying capacity G* with the same energy consumption, and the Coanda ejector system is more energy-saving.
