Wireless Networks have evolved from the advancement in wireless communication and embedded systems enabling development of tiny sensors having wireless connectivity enabled with WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc. Sensors or Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), Smartphones, Tablet Computers, Laptops, etc., enabled with wireless connectivity forms a network of heterogeneous devices for communication among the nodes in wireless fashion, without needing wired connectivity among the end devices. These wireless networks can be of homogeneous or heterogeneous types. Also the wireless nodes may be static or mobile once deployed in the network. Such networks have immense applications in various real life applications starting from telecom industry, healthcare, surveillance, agriculture, environmental monitoring, etc.
