This project presents an “Industrial Power Loss Reducer Using Power Compensation,” aimed at improving energy efficiency in industrial setups by monitoring and adjusting power factor. Power losses and penalties due to low power factor are common challenges in industries, leading to increased operational costs. This system addresses these issues by integrating real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of the power factor through a microcontroller-based system [5]. Utilizing current and voltage sensors, the system continuously measures power levels and adjusts the power factor by activating a capacitor bank whenever it falls below a preset threshold. This process reduces power losses, minimizes penalties, and enhances overall energy efficiency. Furthermore, the inclusion of display components allows for real-time supervision, showing voltage, current, and power factor readings for optimal management. This solution provides a reliable and scalable approach for industries to enhance power quality, reduce costs, and promote energy-efficient operations.

摘要
