This paper presents “HealthQuest,” an advanced system that utilizes machine learning and deep learning algorithms to predict likelihood of six prevalent diseases: liver disease, pneumonia, kidney disease, diabetes, stroke, and heart disease. The platform analyzes medical data and user inputs to provide real- time disease risk assessments, aimed at enhancing early diagnosis and improving preventive healthcare. Addressing existing challenges in healthcare accessibility and diagnostic efficiency, the system offers a user- friendly, scalable solution that reduces reliance on specialists while improving diagnostic accuracy. The interdisciplinary approach combines AI/ML, healthcare expertise, and web development to deliver a comprehensive, secure platform. Future enhancements will include expanded disease prediction, improved model accuracy, and mobile accessibility.
