We provide a record classification as well as distribution model in this paper that focuses on preventing data leaks. Taking into account the classification process, which entails dividing data into non-confidential and confidential categories and utilizing the AES method to encrypt the former. For the purpose of improvements for the detection of more potential leakages, the distribution algorithm considers random key and distinct pattern that reduce the prospect of overlap of set files needed among dissimilar user. In order to take measures that will provide adequate security. The results presented in this study reveal the model's capability to recognize leaking sources as well as identify unauthorized users.
