Volleyball players engage in strenuous physical activity that may be associated with an increased potential for lumbar discomfort. The degree of back strain is determined by the length, frequency, and training phases within a year. Those who perform underhand passing tend to experience lower back pain (LBP) because it involves repetitive flexion at the lumbar region. The front extremities are located in front of the trunk, creating a long lever arm that causes significant LBP. Pilates exercises include effective techniques to strengthen core muscles, contributing to regulated movement of extremities, velocity, force, and stability. This study is based on cross-sectional data from the GKM volleyball club. The tool was established through the application of both the vertical leap test and the sit-and-reach test, and the results of the post-test of the Pilates intervention were calculated. The participants' quality of life, vertical jump height, and hamstring flexibility were obtained using the My Jump Lab and APECS Software App to gain more insights into their health system through a smartphone application. This may check the feasibility of inclusive health using a digital application in the process of physiotherapy evaluation, including the sit-and-reach test and vertical leap test, which can enhance the global sustainable development goals of the profession.

摘要
