The ideological line of seeking truth from facts was re-established at the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which opened the door for market-oriented reforms. Today, after twenty years of reform, in the review of this process, we do feel that the reform direction we have chosen is absolutely right.
