This chapter constitutes the practical implementation stage of the research and demonstrates the applicability of the triple-platform model across ten macro-industries in a developed nation. The objective is to operationalize the theoretical framework through the application of digital transformation and blockchain-enabled systems integrated with quantum economic calculations. Two essential methodological tools, quality function deployment (QFD) and value engineering (VAE), were employed to design required processes and develop an organizational culture of value creation. The chapter elaborates on the structure and computational steps of the combined matrices, including general quantum-based matrices designed for decentralized data flow and reliable access. Through these matrices, the study provides a transparent analytical mechanism that transforms industrial process data into measurable indices of efficiency and resilience. This chapter also introduces the economy quantum number, a new conceptual and computational element enabling cross-industry comparisons and data reliability validation. Results reveal that integrating QFD, VAE, and blockchain based on the TOPSIS method through Python under a quantum economic structure significantly enhances data transparency, process reliability, and systematic value generation. Ultimately, the applied model demonstrates how algorithmic integration of digital and quantum technologies can promote sustainable industrial growth and strengthen the foundation of the resilient circular economy for national-level strategic management.
