摘要

This chapter forms the methodological foundation of the study and elaborates the operational structure for achieving a resilient circular economy across ten macro-industries in a developed nation. The chapter presents a triple-platform methodological configuration integrating three strategic pillars: (1) Digital transformation, employing quality function deployment (QFD) for process optimization and value engineering (VAE) for cultural value creation; (2) Blockchain-enabled architectures for decentralized data flow and reliable data access that ensure transparency and continuity; and (3) Quantum economic computation, addressing uncertainty through advanced algorithmic assumptions for systemic analysis. The methodological design clarifies the selection of industrial experts, data frameworks, and the customized matrices deployed for analysis. Results derived from these matrices demonstrate that integrating digital and blockchain technologies can significantly enhance organizational efficiency and knowledge distribution within resilient circular systems. Furthermore, the chapter introduces innovative quantitative structures capable of measuring both tangible and intangible value generation among interconnected industrial processes. Ultimately, this chapter provides the operational bridge between the conceptual orientation of this chapter and the empirical applications in subsequent chapters, defining a scalable roadmap for implementing algorithmic circular economy models in large-scale macro-industries.
