摘要

This chapter introduces the overarching framework and primary objectives of the research, centered on achieving a resilient circular economy through the integration of supply chain management elements, emerging technologies, and quantum-based uncertainty analysis. The chapter conceptualizes a triadic model structured around three main pillars: (1) circular thinking embedded within supply chain components, (2) advanced digital technologies such as digital transformation, blockchain enablement, and Industry 4.0 and 5.0 systems, and (3) uncertainty computations derived from quantum economics. Each platform is further divided into four analytical categories: covered domains, applied technologies, visualization strategy, and application level in manufacturing industries. The introduction establishes the study’s strategic importance for national industrial resilience, emphasizing the necessity of methodological coherence between research questions, objectives, and outcomes. The conclusion of the chapter underscores a multi-objective approach to both quantitative and qualitative assessment of the circular economy, ensuring that each outcome directly addresses an identified research problem. Overall, this chapter positions the study within the field of sustainable industrial transformation and provides the structural foundation for the subsequent analytical and empirical chapters that operationalize the proposed framework.
