Digitalization and Green Technologies for Sustainable Development

This CCICED Special Policy Study (SPS) aims to provide insight on how to holistically integrate the digital and green transformations at the city level in China. We propose combining well-tested sustainability capabilities with innovative and visionary digital appliances. The study provides policy recommendations to the Chinese government for promoting the coordinated advancement of digitalization and green transformation, thereby contributing more effectively to sustainable development (Fig. 1).
