Generative AI (GenAI) increases innovation capability and provides many benefits to an organization. SMEs may be able to afford to adopt integrated GenAI due to cloud platforms, which is a boon for cost-conscious SMEs. We present determinants of integrated GenAI adoption on cloud platforms identified through a systematic literature review. A total of 23 studies were selected to extract determinants that affect the adoption of integrated GenAI or related domains, which were included due to the scarcity of papers on the research topic. The identified determinants were discussed with four industry experts and one academic. The final list of factors was arranged in the technology-organization-environment-individual (TOEI) framework. The systematic literature review involves a qualitative analysis of a small set of research papers with a specific scope. We performed the bibliometric analysis to increase the scope of research papers and obtain quantitative results. The findings from both studies had considerable overlap. The findings will benefit SME managers desirous of embarking on the technology adoption journey.
