The purpose of this study is to determine what variables, specifically related to technology, data protection, convenience, online reviews, and trust, influence consumers’ intentions to embrace and utilise meal delivery applications. The study investigates the ways in which these variables influence adoption decisions and consumer behaviour through the use of structural equation modelling, or SEM. Customers’ concerns about the security of their payment and personal information are a major source of data privacy, which lowers their level of confidence in the platform. The main driver behind the adoption of food delivery apps is convenience. Furthermore, because prospective customers rely on other people's opinions to assess the calibre and dependability of services, internet reviews are crucial in influencing consumer impressions. It has been discovered that trust, a multifaceted concept, is impacted by the platform's legitimacy, the perceived security of transactions, and the reliability of service delivery. The study's findings give meal delivery businesses insightful information on how to raise customer confidence and increase adoption rates by addressing important issues like privacy and service quality. In the end, knowing these variables can result in operational and marketing plans that work better.

摘要
