Corporate Social Responsibility Model Enhancing Role of Human Resources of a Porous Radiant Burner Cook-Stove Business Entity—Design and Proposal
摘要
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is increasingly important for the business world to demonstrate ethical practices. Human resource management (HR) plays an important role in designing and developing strategies to implement CSR practices in any organization. This paper aims to develop a CSR model named as Unfolded CSR model, to integrate HR aspects and modules for companies that produce Porous Radiant Burner (PRB) cooks. To design and develop the CSR model, the butterfly business model that has been developed and proposed starting from PRB cooking stove manufacturing for a company is taken as a reference. The three pillars of sustainability, environmental, economic, and social sustainability are considered. CSR factors combined with human resource modules are identified and the CSR model is proposed accordingly. This CSR model can be used to create human resources responsible for sustainable behavior and responsibility towards society and the environment, while mutually benefiting through incentives and fun activities. The CSR model can be adopted as a reference by business organizations aiming to integrate sustainability as a key element of their business strategy.
