Web Users and Rental Housing Market Based Optimization Algorithms for Cost Reduction in Indian Power Sector Business

Web users based optimization (WUBO) algorithm and Rental housing market based optimization (RHMO) algorithm are applied for cost reduction in Indian power sector business. WUBO algorithm is based on different users of web day to day in worldwide. Users may choose surface web, deep web and dark web for their activity. Surface web is used by common users around the globe. Deep web can be accessed through entering password and restricted usage will be there. Dark web is almost private web communication utilized by the users. Lepocinclis optimization algorithm is integrated with the web users based optimization algorithm. Lepocinclis optimization algorithm has been designed by imitating the searching, latency, and generative behaviors of Lepocinclis. RHMO algorithm is designed and tradeoff between the landlord and tenant in the rental housing market is mathematically formulated. Exploration phase is modeled based on the pact happened between landlord and tenant. People search for rented house based on their children education opportunities, working place in the zone and availability of basic needs. To expand the exploitation aptitude of the procedure water flow inspired optimization is integrated with the Rental housing market based optimization algorithm.
