Clinical Case Series of Glans Penis Augmentation (GPA)
摘要
This chapter presents three distinct clinical cases illustrating the application of glans penis augmentation (GPA) using hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, either alone or in combination with distal penile girth enhancement (PGE). Case 1 demonstrates the reconstructive power of GPA in correcting deformities resulting from complications of indirect GPA. Case 2 details the synergistic use of GPA and frenulum HA injection in a patient with intractable premature ejaculation (PE), resulting in significant improvements in intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT). Case 3 showcases the comprehensive neuroanatomical rationale behind GPA combined with distal PGE, providing dual sensory modulation and achieving functional and aesthetic outcomes in an international patient. Together, these cases underscore the safety, efficacy, and adaptability of HA-based GPA in the treatment of PE and glans deformities while reinforcing the importance of individualized, patient-centered approaches.
