Glans Penis Augmentation (GPA) with Distal Penile Girth Enhancement (PGE)
摘要
Glans penis augmentation (GPA) combined with distal penile girth enhancement (PGE) represents a recent innovation by the author, designed to address both aesthetic and functional challenges in penile augmentation. This combined approach offers a superior therapeutic option for premature ejaculation (PE) compared to GPA or PGE performed in isolation. By incorporating distal PGE, the technique effectively mitigates common drawbacks of conventional PGE, such as distal filler migration and surface irregularities at the shaft-glans junction. Notably, GPA with distal PGE allows unrestricted filler placement across the ventral urethral and frenulum regions, providing targeted desensitization of the frenulum area—a key factor in the management of PE. This chapter explores the rationale, techniques, efficacy, and clinical considerations of GPA with distal PGE, positioning it as a promising advancement in the field of sexual medicine and aesthetic andrology.
