This chapter outlines the development of glans penis augmentation (GPA) using injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) gel, pioneered by the author and colleagues. Beginning with preclinical animal studies, it examines technical feasibility, histological findings, and long-term filler retention. The chapter progresses to human studies, which validated the efficacy and safety of GPA for aesthetic indications, including subjective small glans and post-girth enhancement disproportion. This innovative approach provides a minimally invasive, effective, and reversible solution for men seeking penile aesthetic improvements.
