Research on Simulation Analysis of Budget Resource Allocation Based on System Dynamics

Power grid budget resource allocation management is of great significance to the development and operation of power grid enterprises, helping to ensure the safety and stability of power grid operation, improve enterprise profitability and market competitiveness, and support the realization of strategic goals and scientific and technological innovation of power grid enterprises. However, at present, the allocation of budget resources of enterprises has some problems, such as the weak monitoring and feedback ability of budget implementation, and the lack of the best allocation mode of resources. Therefore, this paper proposes an optimization model of power grid enterprise budget resource allocation based on the system dynamics model and multi-target genetic algorithm. The system dynamics model can dynamically simulate the resource allocation and output effect of power grid enterprises in the long-term operation, and reveal the impact of budget allocation on the operation and long-term development of enterprises, while the multi-target genetic algorithm is used to optimize the resource allocation of power grid enterprises under the limited budget. Through multi-objective genetic algorithms, this paper simultaneously considers multiple optimization objectives, including maximizing ROI, minimizing unit cost and balancing return on investment and risk, so as to realize the optimal allocation of various budgets.
