The present days’ measurement of wellbeing of the world economic performance is done by enumeration of specified performance indexes. For instance, at the time this volume was being written the World Economic Forum (WEF) focused on the performance index called, Global Performance Barometer over Time. The performance measure of GPBT is explained by the averaging of the following indicators: trade and capital, innovation and technology, climate and natural capital, health and wellness, and peace and security. While these indicators are upheld to measure the averaged barometer of socio-economic co-operation, the negative factor impacting upon it is the world destructive geo-political situation, although the positive impact of this indicator for human wellbeing and world stability is so much desired.
