The issue of mastering suffixes (particularly derived nouns) among students, be it those learning Malay language as their first language or as their second language, has been quite prominent. Due to this, the GAD technique based on the 21st century learning (PAK21) has been developed to facilitate students’ understanding about derived nouns. Accordingly, this study is carried out to design the GAD technique based on experts’ opinions. The researcher employed the survey method using the questionnaire form as the study tool to obtain the data. 15 education experts were selected to address the study issue. The Fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) was used to analyse the study outcome that has been obtained. From the findings, all the items and constructs determined have been agreed upon by the experts, with good agreement value and with all the conditions fulfilled, which is the threshold value (d) less than 0.2 and the percentage of experts’ consensus exceeding 75%. The purification recommendations were considered and improved. The GAD technique, covering 3 main elements-graphics, acrostics and dice-was agreed by experts to have been able to help students understand easily the concept and formation of the derived nouns.

摘要
