This chapter utilizes the entropy value method to measure both the overall GLCDI and the indices for each sub-dimension from 2011 to 2022. Based on the measurement results (see Appendix 2), it evaluates the major efforts and progress in green and low-carbon development in Anhui Province. Additionally, by examining the coupling and coordination levels across sub-dimensions, this chapter explores the multidimensional balance and coordinated development characteristics. Finally, using a “total-sub” structure, it identifies the influencing factors affecting the level of green and low-carbon development in Anhui Province and their roles within the development mechanism. The findings provide a practical basis for more targeted promotion of green and low-carbon development in the province.
