This paper focuses on the preparation of high solid polyurethane coatings and their basic performance tests. The coating formulation is divided into Coating 1 without filler and Coating 2 with 35% ceramic filler. Basic performance test was carried out including the solids test, coating viscosity test, film drying time test, film flexibility test and static hanging test.
