In this study, bisphenol A epoxy resin was used as the film-forming agent, and the silane coupling agent of KH550 and KH560 were selected as sizing agent additives to draw the basalt fibers of U-550 and V-560. The corrosion resistance of the two fibers at different temperatures, HCl concentrations and corrosion times was studied by weight loss method, SEM and EDS. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the basalt fiber treated with KH550 is better than that of the sample treated with KH560, and decreases with the increase of HCl solution concentrations, temperatures and corrosion times. When the experimental temperature is 70 °C, the mass loss rate of the two basalt fibers in 1 mol/L HCl concentration, at 8 h is the largest, which is 17.93% and 20.03%, respectively.
