The duty house officer assessed her and informed the paediatric resident as she was not sure about the chest X-ray findings (Fig. 10.1a). Isabella looked puffy and gained 2 kg in the past 1 week. Her blood pressure was 90/60 mmHg with a heart rate of 110 bpm. Her oxygen saturation was 92% in room air.
