摘要

Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive analysis of the triadic relationship among data, computing power, and algorithms within intelligent computing networks, emphasizing their deep coupling and its implications for integrated security and safety modeling. The chapter begins with a detailed characterization of each core element, covering conceptual foundations, technological evolution, ecosystem roles, and security properties. It then examines the pairwise couplings among the elements and identifies challenges arising in collaborative security enforcement and dynamic resource allocation under realistic computing conditions. Building on these insights, the chapter proposes an integrated behavior modeling paradigm based on a tri-layer knowledge graph, which enables robust authentication and semantic risk assessment even under constrained data environments. The chapter ultimately advocates a paradigm shift from isolated control mechanisms to behavior-driven, coupling-aware security architectures.
