Aiming at the problems of easy waste of firepower resources and low efficiency in multi-platform cooperative operations, this study starts with the expected damage effect, expected damage probability and original command requirements, and builds a multi-platform cooperative resources matching optimization model of formation by deeply analyzing the resources planning process in cooperative operations and combining the concept of efficiency cost. In the case of multi-platform coordinated, it can output the commander’s minimum bomb consumption required to complete the task and the minimum force (platform) attack plan to meet the commander’s firepower expectation, which can effectively improve the effectiveness of multi-platform weapons joint attack targets in actual, and improve the commander’s command and control level. It also provides a model and means to support the subsequent scientific planning of strategic campaign level resources planning.
