Other Rare Intraductal Neoplasms of the Pancreas
摘要
This chapter addresses rare pancreatic intraductal neoplasms, including intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm (ITPN) and intraductal oncocytic papillary neoplasm. It highlights their diagnostic challenges due to imaging similarities with more common tumors like intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms and neuroendocrine neoplasms. Key distinguishing features, such as minimal mucin production in ITPN and characteristic histopathological findings, are emphasized. The discussion underscores the importance of accurate diagnosis through integrated imaging and histopathology for appropriate clinical management of these rare entities.
