This chapter characterizes the CT, MRI, and histopathological features of rare pancreatic non-epithelial tumors, including pancreatic lymphangioma, pancreatic cavernous hemangioma, retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma involving the pancreas and peripancreatic fat, pancreatic metastatic leiomyosarcoma, etc. Through multimodal imaging-pathologic correlation, we elucidate the diagnostic criteria and distinguishing radiologic manifestations of these uncommon entities.
