The hydraulic system of hydropower station governors serves as the critical component for guide vane control in governor systems. Existing fault diagnosis methods for hydraulic systems struggle to promptly identify malfunctions, potentially causing significant disturbances to generating generators and grid security under abnormal operating conditions, thereby failing to meet operational safety requirements. Through systematic review and analysis of hydraulic fault diagnosis criteria in governor systems, complemented by field validation, we have enhanced the fault diagnose logic. This optimization process involves refining hydraulic fault detection parameters and implementing bidirectional fault diagnosis logic. The implemented improvements enable rapid identification of hydraulic system failures, significantly reducing diagnosis time and mitigating risks associated with abrupt load reduction in generating generators caused by system faults.

摘要
